About

I am a motivated and adaptable individual with 4 years experience in housekeeping at Premier Inn. In this role I have learnt how to have clear communications with my colleagues and always ensure I work as a team player and offer my help if any of my team members need a hand. I'm skilled in delivering exceptional customer service, meeting deadlines under pressure, and fostering effective teamwork.

I also have a Level 2 NCFE Cache qualification in Health and Social, with 7 Units completed and finished all with A*. Along with a Level 2 in Technical Certificate in Beauty Therapy. I am enthusiastic about learning new skills and exploring new opportunities beyond my comfort zone, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
