As a Customer Solutions Analyst my line of work consisted of:

• Producing data packs for our board of ‘Customer Solutions’ Directors. Data packs were made to support and propose sales of ESA’S (Established Service Agreements) with existing large scale customers e.g. I assisted in the successful sale of 20 AWS placements for a notable bank client in the UK
• Work was collated via independent research (cold calling) and utilising various platforms such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and Zoominfo. Findings and analysis was transferred to both Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM.
• Predominantly self managed however other day to day tasks included ad-hoc requests to support the US and Canada Offices. Some large Ad-hoc requests required some help from peers, where I'd manage and lead tasks.
