Where do I start

I have over 12 years of working in Catering services.

Which also include diet chef.

I'm fully trained on level 2,3 and 4 on food hygiene and also allergy awareness.

I love learning and using my skills and knowledge I gain so that I can utilise them, I honestly believe in knowledge is power and that's why I am always keen to learn.

What I mean by power is the knowledge to know the law and good practices and to make sure that I am always fully compliant within my duties.
