Within this job i always had to be on top of my game, making the public really feel and understand the charity, being bubbly and excited to be helping a great cause.

Tester/Cleaner - NHS Covid 19 Testing Site
(2021-01 - 2022-12)
I started this job as I was looking to do something different, this role is extremely customer service related and everything was based around making the patients happy and aware, my main role in this job was to talk and walk patients through the test as to make sure they did it correctly but I was also trained on the cleaning which means making sure everything was clean and sterile after a patient had used the areas just in case they had covid, this also including staff areas to keep both patients and staff safe. We all worked as a team helping each other and then also worked individually with 1 on 1 with the patients. This role was ended due to all sites being closed as they were no longer needed.
Admin - TAGTRANS
(2019-01 - 2020-12)
I started this job after leaving college to do a level 3 business admin apprenticeship, I learned a lot from this job such as; being more organised with my work load, spreadsheets, speaking with customers on the phone including difficult ones, I helped with organising drivers routes as this was a delivery service and I also informed customers on when where and how long there delivery was going to be. I really enjoyed this job, but it is no longer open due to the manager becoming extremely ill.
Bar Tender - THE PROGRESSIVE CLUB
(2020-01 - 2022-12)
My role within the pub was the serving of alcoholic beverages, although hot drinks and soft drinks were also served. This role allowed me to become more confident dealing with very difficult people and how to handle situations calmly! I maintained the cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas.
Cash handling and till operating was an important part of the job. Cellar work and organisational skills were gained by often changing barrels of alcohol and gas bottles which required and taught health and safety as the barrels are extremely heavy. A very important role of this work was to check the identification of customers.

I learned how to be confident when talking to a customer. I would often sign customers into the play area, so my organisational skills improved.
I was also involved in cash handling and operating a cash till, I understand the importance of not making errors during this point, so it attracted my full attention. My role was to take orders for foods and drinks, both hot and cold, make the drinks and delivering the food to the customer. Finally, one of the more important roles within the company was to maintain the cleanliness of the play areas, eating areas, toilets etc.
