Hi there. I am 33 years old from Clackmannan. Originally from Swindon, Wiltshire. I have a passion for fitness and compete with my horses on a regular bases. After having 3 children I am now ready to get back to the gym and get my shape back. I feel I would be best at this job as I can also use my personal story to help encourage others on their journey to fitness, and to help maintain it.
I'm a very hard working individual and also have a great mindset when it comes to preparing the body for future goals. Eg. Completions.
I studied physical education for my GCSEs and loved every minute of it.
Aswel as training horses 6 days a week I would also train at the gym myself 5 days a week to help keep my own fitness up. I have personal experience on a wide range of machines and weights.
My most relevant education is within the equestrian industry. But I am willing to venture onto a different path of fitness.
