I am a housing officer with overall 3 years experience. I have supported tenants in Intensive Housing Mamagement, supported accommodation and general tenancies. My current role as a housing partner is very generic and manage tenants rent accounts, anti-social behaviour and conduct regular property inspections.
I have a good record in retaining tenancies and identifying any support needs intenants, correctly signposting them to the appropriate services.
