I have a master’s degree in Education – TESOL, a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a TEFL certificate. Additionally, I have 6-7 years teaching EFL/ESL experience and a mix of other roles including study skills tutoring and SEND support. My MA thesis was regarding written corrective feedback for IELTS writing exams, and I plan to publish my own error journal next year. My varied experience has led me to focus on tertiary education within the Middle East.
I have taught since 2013 and still to this day thoroughly enjoy my job. I've been fortunate enough to have taught various ages, abilities and cultures during my career so far and most recently I have entered into a leadership role which has been a great new challenge and experience for me.
