Part of my job role is gym based, working on strength and conditioning and lifting as athletes progress. On the water, I use my experience to coach technical drills and movement patterns. Sessions are ran by the coaches and organised by the head of rowing who plans the sessions for each training cycle in the season.
In the last few years our athletes have enjoyed lots of success at royal Henley and nat schools, with some athletes joining the GB squads and Welsh squads.
