I've experience as Director of Retail for a multi-national retailer during a period of fast expansion, and as a Head of Operations in E-Commerce. I've designed and delivered training in customer service, sales, operations, and team management.
Now an experienced coach, I am looking to return to a long-term employed role that draws on my experience and incorporates operations, customer journey and CRM, and business development.
