Lecturer and Coach / Mentor for new staff

I currently teach at an FE college and have 20 years of experience in Education. I am also a coach / mentor for new staff and staff on action plans within the Teaching and Learning Department.
I am currently completing a Masters in Business Administration (senior leadership) part time in my own time.
Over my career I have been a Programme Manager at an FE college, line managing a team of lecturers, lecturer, assessor and internal verifier. I have experience as a trainer with HESA who are responsible for data returns with HE.
I am now working with the Teaching and Learning department working with new staff as a coach and mentor. Helping to build their skills within teaching and completing supportive observations and learning walks.
I have a Certificate in Education and both Assessor and Verifier Awards.
I am also completing an Masters in Business Administration (Senior Leadership) due to complete in April 2026.
