•  Over 3 years experience in assessing and treating people with common mental health problems.
•  Experience in helping identify areas where the person wishes to change how they feel, think or behave (CBT Formulation).
•  Experience in carrying out risk assessments.
•  Experience in providing phone, online or face-to-face support. 
•  Experience in liaising with other agencies and signposting patients to useful services, such as housing and employment.
•  Experience working with people with LTC and MUS within step 2 model.
• Experience in monitoring patients progress through regular outcome monitoring and be able to step patients up easily and quickly when appropriate.
