My responsibilities while working at Premier Inn are to be a key holder for the building and safe when on shift as there is only one person on duty at one time.

• Welcome guests and check their details against a booking
• Allocate guests rooms and prepare key cards and invoices
• Answer phone calls from perspective customers and guests taking messages and delivering them to the right people
• Provide concierge services such as booking travel while they are staying within the hotel
• Check guests out and take payments
• Complete administrative tasks of reception such as filing, photocopying and answering to relative emails

My responsibilities working for the Education network were to be a nursery assistant at various nurseries within different ages meaning I have to be able to differentiate between different age groups and be able to change my approach to their learning based on their age and understanding.

Working for Slater and Harrison my responsibilities were to complete orders from clients in a timely manner in order to do this my duties were to shrink wrap, pack and transfer goods from one area of the workshop to another and to check that the orders were all there and ready to go out. I was only at Slater and Harrisons for a short while as it was only a temporary placement during covid while the company needed help as they were short-staffed.

Home Carer at Home Instead (2020-07 – 2021-06)

The responsibilities I had working for Home Instead would range from a variety of many things these being personal care, being there for company to someone to have a brew with them, shopping or taking them to appointments and also medication administration. Each household I went to was completely different than the one before but none of them ever got any less of me I was always 100% there for that client to treat them as I would my own family with dignity and respect.

Working at Prince of Wales my responsibilities where to be a key holder of the building as I was mostly solo working.

• Run the bar alone handling the till and exchange of money
