My name is Chris I have been working in restaurants since I was 18 . i have worked in 4 restaurants in this time learning to with many daily challenges and proble solving on a day to day bases
I worked as a chef at Wagamama before moving to FOH to become a server which I have done for the past 15 years in Wagamama , Giraffe restaurant, Patisserie Valerie and I returned to Wagamama for the past 7.5 years.
My last education was at college in 2002-2004
