I am a hard-working team player, who is committed and dedicated. I am very much result oriented and organised when it comes to my work but most of all I am collaborativ, dependabl, efficient, motivated and FUN!
I have worked in the hospitality industry since I was 16 and slowly progressed my way up to management in the business, helping out all different bars and offices around London. I have learnt how to deal with customers complaints and enquiries effectively and efficiently and alway ensure my customers leave the venue with a smile on their faces, which can be hard at times but is 100% doable.
I went to Southfields Academy sixth form and studied BTEC Health and Social Care Level 3 (equivalent to 2 A-Levels)
Travel and Tourism Management Level 3 (equivalent to 1 A Level).
