Project & Operations at BP (2024-07 – 2024-08)

As part of the Career Ready program, I secured a summer internship with BP. During the internship, I was exposed to, and gained knowledge in Project Management skills, whilst working as part of a team, tasked with a theoretical chemical injection upgrade on a North Sea platform.

Automotive Garage Assistant at I&K Motors (2023-11 – 2024-03)

Whilst studying Foundation Apprenticeship Automotive, I was assigned to I&K Motors, Inverurie for hands on work experience once a week. During my work experience I gained knowledge and skills in basic car servicing and maintenance. It also gave me valuable experience of working in a workshop environment, and I played a full part in my time there, including all general housekeeping activities, and helping the technicians with whatever was required.

Activities Assistant at Lochter Activity Centre (2023-09 – 2024-09)

Ad-hoc work as and when needed to aid in all aspects of Corporate and private individual activity experience days at Lochter Activity Centre. Working as part of a team, and in contact with the public is a main skill of this work, and which I enjoy greatly.
