I am an experienced HR/Operations Manager with over 20 years in the industry. I have worked in manufacturing, construction, hospitality and retail and well as distribution and service.
I am commercial aware and have been fully responsible the development and growth or people and culture, well as business strategy and growth.
Iv worked as part of a Senior Management team during the majority of my career, and managed upwards of 200 staff and any one time. I have muti functional skills including Health & Safety, Quality, Accounts, Audit, IT, and operations, which adds to my unique skill set and experience as a well rounded operational HR professional
As well as running and maintaining the HR Department I have also implemented full HR/time and attendance systems in the last 3 businesses I have been involved with, these included everything from inductions, contracts, time and attendance written handbooks, creating and implemented policies and procedures.
I have a passion for training and development upskilling and progression of staff and the business
