Currently I am a dedicated worker in hospitality sector with over 4 years of experience. Honing my skills in delivering excellent customer service, collaborating as a team player and leading, manage stocking up and operate the overall workspace to a high standard. I have a keen eye for detail and commitment in the industry which enabled me to go the extra mile and create more memorable experiences for the customers.
In addition, with my free time, I assisted in taking photography as a model and as merchandise assistant for my friends vintage boutique which allow me to explore and express creativity through fashion and photography. This enabled me to adapt to diverse styles and concepts in different work settings and enhanced my organisational skills.
My experiences over the recent years spanned across the hospitality sector as a head waitress and additional sales assistant role in my previous job. This has enabled me to expand my delivery in customer service focusing in problem solving and multi tasking during peak hours. My role is responsible for multiple tasks such as new hire training, accepting and altering bookings and showcasing customer support skills.
