I am a motivated 17-year-old A-level student with over two and a half years of experience working in hospitality, where I have developed strong customer service, teamwork, and time-management skills in fast-paced environments, I am also experienced as a Sales assistant. I am committed to my studies and passionate about playing the piano, which has helped me develop discipline, creativity, and focus. I am reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to continue developing my skills in a professional workplace.

I have two years of experience working as a waiter at Tredegar Park Golf Club, where my responsibilities included serving and clearing food, delivering high standards of customer service, and working consistently busy Sunday carvery shifts. During my time there, I also supported the coordination of events such as weddings, which required strong teamwork, organisation, and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure environments. In addition, I worked as a sales assistant and Christmas temporary staff member at TK Maxx in 2024, where I gained valuable retail experience, adapted quickly to a fast-paced setting, and developed strong communication skills when assisting customers.

I achieved strong academic results at GCSE, gaining 8 A grades and 4 B grades, including A grades in both Mathematics and English. I am currently studying A-level Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, and the Welsh Baccalaureate, where I am predicted to achieve an A* and three As. These subjects have helped me develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, and demonstrate my commitment to academic excellence alongside my other responsibilities.
