I have been with Dr Kaur Surgery for 3 years working within receptionist role. I feel that during this time, I have been able to gain a wide understanding of customer service. 

I believe my current employment with Dr Kaur Surgery puts me in good stead for this role. I have 3 years experience in dealing with patients, inbound and out bound calls. The experience I have gained at Dr Kaur Surgery will benefit me in the role as Customer Service Advisor.

I feel that an opportunity within Customer Service Advisor will enable me to further develop these skills and also to bring experience from my previous roles.

Receptionist/ Administration – Dr Kaur Surgery, Birmingham- October 2019

Within my current role, I hold diverse responsibilities that include opening and closing the surgery, answering phone calls, welcoming and assisting patients, managing appointment schedules, verifying identification and registering guests, overseeing the opening and closing procedure of the establishment, and serving as bridge between patients and executive staff. 

Additionally, I Provide comprehensive office support by engaging in administrative and clerical tasks, this entails handling Distributing mail and internal correspondence, as well as procuring necessary supplies. I am adapt at addressing general inquiries from patients and the public over the phone, ensuring effective communication.

Furthermore, I proficiently handle various typing tasks, including drafting correspondence, drafts, memos, and emails, and prepare reports weekly for management. As I have taken on increasing responsibilities, I continuously strive for optimized workflow and operational efficiency.

Moreover, I possess the ability to manage cases from start to finish, leveraging my knowledge, sense of responsibility, decision making and accountability to deliver an efficient service to customers.
