While managing the kitchen I also maintained the food stock and delivery of items, checking the temperatures as well as cooking the food. The kind of food I made was also for a wide range of occasions such as birthday parties, Christenings and weddings as well as the Sunday carvery. Other than that, I also cooked all types of Indian, Greek, Thai, Vietnamese and Italian foods while I worked there.
