I am a multi-skilled chef that has worked for a variety of occasions ranging from christening and birthday parties to large scale events such as weddings. I have experience in maintaining the kitchen and it's staff as well as skill in making a wide range of cuisines such as Indian, Greek, Thai, Vietnamese and Italian.

While working here, my main duties where associated with a takeaway like environment. I was to manage the kitchen and its staff, while maintaining the food stock and temperatures. I was also the main person responsible for making the food. The kind of food I made was also mainly associated with currys or tandoori.

Head Chef at Hedworth Hall (2010-04 – 2020-07)

While working here, my main duties included managing the kitchen and its staff. While managing the kitchen I also maintained the food stock and delivery of items, checking the temperatures as well as cooking the food. The kind of food I made was also for a wide range of occasions such as birthday parties, Christenings and weddings as well as the Sunday carvery. Other than that, I also cooked all types of Indian, Greek, Thai, Vietnamese and Italian foods while I worked there.
