I'm proactive and organised team player seeking to learn from front-of-house team. Eager to serve customers and keep operations running smoothly to improve customer dining experience. Comfortable in fast-paced environments and collaborates well to solve service issues. I have been working in several jobs since 2019 with an eager objective of gaining different types of experience to shape my future career.
I have experience working as Competition Moderator for the American University of Cairo (2024), Tutor/ Reading with children in primary schools (2022-2023), A Digital marketing intern for Social Jaguar in Manchester(2021-2022), Sales Assistant at Tenovus Cancer Care(2021), I volunteered as a Covid Vaccine Assistant for the NHS and finally (2020), Volunteered as a children's entertainer at 57357 Children's Cancer Hospital in Cairo(2019).
From these various experiences, I have gained many skills such as Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Service prioritisation, High quality Service and Money Handling.
Currently, I am studying at Manchester Metropolitan University studying business and marketing for my bachelors degree which I am expected to graduate in 2026.
