I’m an energetic and approachable people person with a background that bridges both hospitality and education. Over the last few years I’ve built up experience working in fast-paced cafés, supporting young people in schools, and creating welcoming spaces where everyone feels looked after. I’m at my best when connecting with others—whether that’s customers, colleagues, or students—and I bring a mix of humour, warmth, and adaptability to everything I do.
Based in Bristol, I’m always open to new opportunities where I can combine great service, creativity, and people skills.
I have over three years’ experience across hospitality and education, working in both customer-facing and support roles. My time as a café assistant taught me how to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping a warm and welcoming approach. I then moved into education, first as an SEN teaching assistant supporting students across a range of schools, and later in a therapeutic SEMH school where I built strong relationships with young people, developed de-escalation skills, and learned to adapt quickly in emotionally demanding situations.
Across all roles, I’ve been recognised for my approachable nature, sense of humour, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
I hold Diplomas in both Makeup Artistry and Art & Design from Truro and Penwith College. These courses helped me to build creativity, attention to detail, and confidence in presenting ideas and skills that complement my professional work with people and in dynamic environments.
