• Take both cash and card payments quickly and efficiently
• Deal with many different types of customers in many different situations
• Organise the papers to be delivered and make sure the rounds are marked correctly for delivery
• Use stock rotation in the shop making sure drinks, sweets and other goods are stocked correctly
• Train and mentor new members of staff to ensure they learn as quickly as possible the skills and requirements needed for the job
• Develop and maintain relationships with staff members to ensure collaboration
