Majority of my roles have been customer facing, whether it was face to face or over the telephone.

This has enabled me to develop a compassionate and empathetic manner when dealing with different situations and different customers.

My most recent role was working with SES Water as a Water Quality Sampler.

I worked alongside a small team of Samplers and the water quality science team.

My job role required cold calling at customer doors to take random and unplanned samples from their mains drinking water supply. This was carried out in all weather conditions.

Also sampling our supplying reservoirs.

I attended East Surrey College and took Public Services Level 3. I received a pass.
