I’m an Italian bartender with 3 years experience in Salento’s clubs and cocktail bars (South Italy - Lecce) with a growing passion for working flair bartending. I moved to London in October 2022 to find a working experience that could make me improve and push my skills to the limit. Leadership experienced from 13 to 16 August 2022 at PANORAMA FESTIVAL by Guendalina Club (Santa Cesarea Terme, Lecce).
I approached bartending world for passion and since I graduated as a barman I worked as a freelance for cocktail bars and club in my area; that made me able to withstand different workload situations, mantaining top quality standards and professionality. Working with a very extensive IBA receipes knowledge I can manage all raw materials and alcoholics present in most clubs and cocktail bars.
