I'm Dave.
In a former life, I was a strategy manager at McKinsey where I spent time supporting and providing advisory services to multibillion dollar businesses - evaulating their strategies, proposnig change management and value creation.
I've since transitioned out of corporate consulting and have spent time in the ‘real world’, often in Chief of Staff-esque roles in StartUp & ScaleUp businesses where I've been a sparring partner to C-Suite, leveraging my consulting skills and supporting businesses to then deliver change.
I've helped take businesses into new territories, implemented new CRM solutions (HubSpot / Salesforce), restructured organisational designs & people strategy, built and implemented new processes and ways of working - all delivering better business outcomes with the same or less effort!
