Have worked in the Food Safety / Temperature Control Business for the past 14 years! Responsible for leading a quality team and dealing with all aspects of BRC & McDonalds DQMP audits as well as third party audits. Have maintained A & AA grade Audit passes for the past 11 years for a Coldstore Operation dealing with a variety of frozen, chilled and ambient food products.
Have various training qualifications including HACCP level 3 and food safety level 3. I was also the Health & Safety committee team leader for the past 4 years.
