I am a values led Operations Manager currently operating as a District Manager for Wendy's, across 25+ years within the hospitality industry I have gained experience across a number of roles, from RM, Multi-Unit RM, Training manager and now as a district manager.
During my time in these roles, I have shown my positive energy and enthusiasm around the people I have worked with to develop into better leaders for the business. I have displayed these attributes across Scotland the Northwest of England and now Yorkshire having recently relocated to Manchester for better opportunities to grown myself.
I have most recently been able to grow the team in a Flagship store, while smashing sales records and improving KPI's though my teaching, coaching constructive and consistent feedback they have all improved the restaurants results and improved themselves in the process.
Personally I have developed many skills in my recent roles which include the ability to adapt my focus to problems that need resolving and how to lead individuals differently and get the best out of them. I thrive on pressure and responsibility. I have learnt quickly the art of remote management and leading my pears, it is the power of consistency, communication, trust and respect with your team and the people you work with that ensures success is created.
