I have been employed within the food industry for over 30 years, approximately 25 years of this has been as a professionally qualified Quality Assurance/Technical Manager and Production Manager. My areas of expertise have incorporated chilled (vacuum pack & gas flush), frozen and ambient foods (cans & pouches (retorting), aseptic packaging (Tetra Pak UHT)) and manufacturing products for major-multiple retailers. I have been a registered BRCGS Food Safety Auditor (v9) and provided consultancy and interim services.

I would consider myself to have reached a high standard in successfully driving the companies forward to achieve maximum improvement in all areas of technical management, whilst satisfying customer needs.
