I am 55 years old and have been working as a sales assistant for over 12 years, i have been unemployed for a few months due to illness but im back on track now and eager and very ready to start work again. I am a hard worker and love dealing with customers and working as part of a team.

I have 12 years of working at front of shop on the tills and working on the shop floor. I can deal with unhappy customers as i have a calm and logical approach, and always with a smile.

I studied for my last job as a carer, online studies at nvq level.
