I’m 17 soon to be 18 and have had recent experience with waiting and catering work. I learn quickly, I put my all into every situation and i am an enjoyable person to train with

my first part time job was working Saturdays in a hair salon. I got up to cleaning and most of all making cups of tea! I then went on to working in another hair salon a few years later rolling out similar duties which I loved and felt proud.

later into the year of 2021, I turned to catering and worked in a cafe. I picked up the role quite quickly and always made sure to enjoy myself with customers despite knowing the duties of the job.

in early 2023 I started a short-lived job cleaning bed and breakfasts(this was very hard work) but I gave this job my all but it wasn’t quite for me.

most recently I worked in an active restaurant (weekends) which I settled for almost 6 months, this job definitely gave me a confidence boost talking with customers. From then onwards I knew hospitality was definitely for me.
