• Handled and resolved customer complaints, earning the store an 80% customer service rate overall.
• Operated a point-of-sale system with 100% accuracy, processing over 200 transactions per week efficiently and securely.
• Organized clothing stock in the stockroom and on the shop floor, ensuring items were accessible, easy to locate, and well presented for customers.
• Conducted weekly inventory checks, helping identify and prevent stock discrepancies.

• Created a presentation and pitch for Age UK to Hazel Grove MP with a group of other members of NCS who were also volunteering and having our pitch approved to clean local rubbish around Manchester, showing skills of teamwork and professional communication skills.
• Was nominated to lead a volunteer group and guide team to victory in both fun and cleaning activities around Manchester.
• Planned how to pitch ideas to the Hazel Grove MP, demonstrating leadership and critical thinking.

Undergraduate Student - Final Year Project at Leeds Beckett University (2025-09 – 2026-04)

• Conducted own psychological research that focused on self-identity in Ethnic Minorities and their upbringing as they entered adulthood.
• Collected and analyzed data independently over the course of 7 months which improved time management, organization skills, and analytical skills.
• Developed a research paper on findings from this research alongside a reflective report which improved reflexivity in addition to constructive self-criticism.
• Enhanced qualitative method skills and properly interpreted and decoded transcription data and gained a deeper understanding of phenomenology.
• Improved active listening skills as well as understanding the accurate, effective ways of counselling and truly understanding the depth of other people's emotions and cognitive ways of thinking and processing information.

Student Ambassador at Loreto Sixth Form College (2021-12 – 2023-05)

• Assisted prospective students during open days, providing information, answering questions, and promoting courses through confident and effective communication.
• Developed strong interpersonal skills by engaging with a wide range of individuals and helping them feel comfortable and supported.
• Organized events and activities that promoted inclusion and community engagement, demonstrating teamwork and organizational skills.
• Pitched ideas for social events to all head of hall teachers via PowerPoints and detail binders highlighting ideas for social events, why they were necessary for student's well-being, how this could improve sixth form experience, as well as how to implement these ideas and actively persuade students to partake in these events.
• Had many students report that they experienced improvements in their well-being and self-morale within sixth form which contributed to improving grades during mock exam seasons.
