I am a focused professional who has been consistently praised as quality-oriented by my co-workers and management. Over the course of my 6-year career, I've developed a skill set directly relevant to the HR Administrator role, HR Recruiter, HR Co-Ordinator and HR Manager including administration, meeting planning and operations management. Overall, I have consistently demonstrated organizational, management and multitasking abilities in every aspect of my HR Roles in different industries.
During my progressive career I have successfully supported large-scale recruitment campaigns and coordinated countless interviews, alongside leading on the implementation of all recruitment and new hire paperwork, and employee orientation and training protocols. I have been the main point of contact for payroll activities, managed all compensation and benefits administration, and designed and implemented performance management policies and procedures.
