As the first internal HR hire in my current role, I’ve increased employee engagement by restructuring our performance management strategy and implementing new processes to enhance productivity and improve our Certified B Corporation score. I'm CIPD accredited (level 5) and available to start immediately for temporary work, ideally a few weeks.

• Handling payroll with third party suppliers 
• Managing and introducing company benefits (wellbeing, pensions, EAP)
• Training line managers and coaching teams (i.e. continuous feedback or EDI)
• Day to day HR processes
• Managing the HRIS and performance management software
• Handling the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, performance, retention and off-boarding) 
• HR admin - employee contract, record keeping and employee checks
