I was responsible for the administration of the Branch, managing the viewing diaries and day to day duties, which included dealing with prospective clients, liasing with the landlord/managing agents and collating all tenancy agreements. I thoroughly enjoyed my duties here and the variety of tasks that this position involved. Unfortunately, at the start of 2016 the decision was taken by head office that all administration duties would be centralised at the main office in Chiswick, and although I was offered the opportunity to transfer, I took the decision to find another position more locally.
