I am a customer service and hospitality professional with over 13 years of experience, having worked in high-end venues and with UHNW families in London and abroad. I relocated to London from Lithuania in 2012, where I began my career and acquired extensive knowledge in customer service and hospitality from the very beginning. I had a wonderful opportunity to work in amazing companies, which allowed me to expand my knowledge and advance my career. For the last four years, I was studying business and hospitality management at Anglia Ruskin University, and I graduated with a first-class honours bachelor's degree. Since my first day, I have gained valuable experience and a deeper understanding of how to significantly impact customer service by leading teams and creating memorable moments for all customers.

I am an experienced manager with over 13 years of combined experience in both private household and high-end hospitality, which includes more than five years managing a UHNW residence. My skills include leading household teams, maintaining five-star standards, managing inventories and budgets, coordinating contractors, and delivering impeccable personal service. Strong background in event organising, staff training, F&B management, and setting up properties internationally. I am renowned for my discretion, reliability, problem-solving skills, and my ability to ensure smooth daily operations, even when the principals are not present. Brings a hands-on, detail-focused approach and the ability to manage complex responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency.
