I am 18 years old and just finished my sixth form education, eager to learn and adapt to the workplace. I have proficient communication skills, ensuring clarity and a sound professionalism in all customer interactions. I also have a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
My time as a catering assistant forced me to remain calm in high pressure situations, such as an understaffed team in the kitchen during the busiest periods of the evening. As a detail-oriented person my skills would ensure that any store tasks I have been assigned to will be done with my full effort, time and to not be finished until I believe it is done to my full capability. To accompany this, I also have exceptional numeral skills, being able to do an array of calculations in my head bringing use in the workplace by being able to guarantee correct results when applying discounts or price changes.
I have recently finished studying A-Levels where I achieved an A grade in Maths, an A grade in Economics and a B grade in Law
