I’m an experienced and detail-oriented administrator with a background spanning higher education, finance, and customer service. Over the past six years, I’ve supported teams across universities and student services, developing strong skills in organisation, communication, and data management. I take pride in being adaptable, reliable, and proactive — qualities that have helped me thrive in both busy office environments and people-focused roles.
Outside of work, I’m a passionate musician with two decades of experience performing across Europe, and I enjoy the creativity, discipline, and teamwork that come with live performance. I’m also a dedicated reptile keeper, which has taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of careful observation — skills I bring to my professional life as well.
I have over six years of administrative and operational experience across higher education, student services, and care settings, and I have developed strong skills in organisation, communication, and data management. My background includes supporting senior leaders, coordinating complex workflows, and maintaining accurate financial and compliance records.
I have worked in fast-paced, customer-focused environments where attention to detail, discretion, and adaptability were essential. Across roles at the University of Sussex, INTO University Partnerships, and in the care sector, I have consistently delivered efficient, reliable support and contributed to improved systems, collaboration, and service quality
I hold a Master’s degree in Medieval Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Exeter, both of which strengthened my analytical, research, and organisational abilities. Through these programmes, I developed advanced skills in written communication, data management, and attention to detail — all essential to effective administrative work. I also completed an Access to HE Diploma and GCSEs including English, Maths, and IT, providing a strong academic and technical foundation for my professional career.
