I’m a hardworking, generous, and enthusiastic person. I have great listening, communication and teamwork skills that enable me to multitask efficiently. I can bring the problem-solving skills to the business that I've acquired from my psychology course to resolve different customers' problems and to bring a solution that satisfies the customers to ensure that they come back to the business to use its products and services and to increase customer loyalty.
In my one-year experience as a Customer Service Assistant, I answered customer’s questions by phone or in person, sold products and services and handled complaints. During my experience, I learned that patience is a very important skill to be a successful customer service assistant as it helps you understand the customers’ problems and concerns, which leads to a more efficient and effective solution. I am passionate about working with others, but most importantly, learning from all employers and employees and improving my skills and competence, which is a tremendous attribute for professional and personal development.
In my one-year experience as a Customer Service Assistant, I handled the till, processed transactions, answered customer’s questions by phone or in person, sold products and services to the customers, handled complaints, restocked shelves and ensured the sales floor was well-mannered.
