I currently work for Timloc Building Products as a Customer Service Advisor. I love working in a team doing emails and phone calls and helping other businesses. I am bubbly and approachable. I love to learn and really like pressure and a fast paced environment.
I have worked in lots of areas of Customer Service.
I started out in an independent Travel Agency once I left school doing a lot of bookings, phone calls and window displays and I really loved the face to face interaction that also came with this job. Alongside this I worked in a local pub on a weekend serving customers food & drink.
I left these jobs once Covid hit due to the Travel Industry and hospitality losing a lot of business this is when I started my Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship with a local Outsourced Office Support business. I loved this job as it was something different everyday working with lots of different business in the local area. From book keeping to social media, telephone answering, networking and debtor chasing. I left this job once I completed my Apprenticeship with a distinction.
This is when I started my current role as Customer Service Advisor at Timloc. This job is very fast paced enviroment which I love! From answering telephone calls, to answering emails and processing 200+ orders from builders merchants across the UK and Ireland. I price merchants and also respond to any issues they have with deliveries from our 3rd party carriers.
