I have a background in providing excellent consumer and employee experience. As an ‘in-store trainer' for a retail flagship, I have been involved in recruiting, onboarding, and upskilling of a team of 80-100 at any one time. I also have experience organising and hosting customer focused events in the fast paced environment of Oxford Street in London.
