It was a fast-paced retail environment, which helped improve my time management and multitasking skills. Whilst working in the shoe department or the tills, there was potential to earn commissions selling shoe protecting spray, shoe insoles, bags, and straws.

I have been working here since August 2021, i started off as a customer service assistant and became a duty manager in July 2022. My role as CSA consisted of providing friendly and efficient customer service as well as helping customers with in-store purchases and any questions they may have. It is a fast-paced food retail environment and i helped support daily operations.

My main daily tasks were restocking shelves and dumpbins and ensured the shelves were tidy and clean. In august 2022 I became a duty manager; this is job role that i haven't done before but wanted to challenge myself and progress in the company.
