- Using complex Boolean searches to source passive candidates
- Arranging, and coordinating candidate interviews (MS Teams, Zoom, Face to Face)
- Being creative in approaching all assignments, thinking of innovative ways to source relevant candidates and information
- Managing a handful of clients and Account Managing them differently to suit their needs, effectively continuing relationships and effortlessly building new ones
- The ability to understand clients’ complex requirements and liaise with hiring managers in regards to potential approaches
- Writing up ‘attractive’ profiles for candidates, and deliver high-quality analysis using the gathered requirements to make recommendations to my clients
- Professional, discreet, and solid understanding of the importance of candidate/client confidentiality
- Prepping candidates for interviews, first days, etc – I like to put as much prep as possible into my candidates so I know I did as much as I could to support their new venture
- Juggling various roles at once – Entry Level, Associate, Mid-Senior, Manager, Director
- Utilising and updating the database with candidate / job details to ensure records are up to date for the next consultant
- Obtaining correct and up to date documents from candidates before (if required) and after offer stage, in line with legal requirements
- Visiting client sites and taking clients out for food/drinks
