My professional experience includes serving as a Resident Assistant at the University of California and currently as a Residential Life Coordinator at New York University in London. In these roles, I've developed skills in fostering inclusive environments, providing academic and mental health support, and effectively managing residential communities. Additionally, I've worked as a Hybrid Learning Facilitator with CIEE, enhancing my ability to facilitate learning in diverse settings and improving communication skills.

My expertise also extends to managing operations, providing support services, conducting training programs for Resident Assistants, and handling student conduct adjudication and crisis response, such as the on-call duty phone, with professionalism and efficiency.

I hold a Master of Science degree in Planning and a Bachelor of Science degree. I also possess First Aid certification and Mental Health First Aid certification.
