From what I gathered from colleagues, friends and family I would often get described as a charismatic and hardworking individual who strives to uphold my morals within my personal and professional life. I like to believe I'm easily approachable and pay close attention to detail to people whether it be a client or a friend/colleague. As an individual I strive in being a positive person, I’d like to instil that kind of approach in people around me to help them work better.
I am a fast learner, at my time at Metro Bank I had to make myself familiar with different systems and banking software to provide service to clients. I am well equipped with Microsoft Office, in bound and outbound calls, good sense of communication, report writing and punctual with time driven tasks.
