I have managerial experience of 12 years, I am commercially focused with outstanding customer service and management expertise. I possess the ability to motivate staff, helping them to achieve high standards and exceed targets, while progressing them in their own career path.
Having worked in retail my aim was always achieve retail profitability, carrying all tasks from HR, Cost controls, payroll budgeting. To achieve this I follow closely to my PnL reports and KPIs, I will in turn review and reflect the staff to gain 110% from them. This would be with staff and management.
I am currently self employed and my partner and myself own a Bespoke kitchen project company. With my partner we control the day to day of the running of the business from project designs, bespoke quotations, invoicing, logistics of stock, people/ tradesmen and any accountancy. I have been doing this since having my little boy and girl but now they are at nursery more and I seem to have more free time.
I have always been in a retail environment, working and managing staff and I am missing this. I have always worked with high end brands/ super brands and ideally would like to get back into this, my partner would take over our business.
