I am a hardworking individual who has a 2:1 degree in International Business Management and Marketing.
I have 3 years experience within Recruitment. My current role I specialise within the Drink/ Food/ Hospitality industry and work with Food, Drink, Restaurants & Hospitality client all around the UK (including London), as well as Central & Southern Europe.
I always try to ensure candidates have a seamless processes and the best experience possible (I have some lovely feedback from candidates with Candidate Testimonials on my LinkedIn Page). I regularly work on several roles at one time, I have good time management- juggling multiple tasks & projects consistently.
Experience
I have 3 years experience within Recruitment. My current role I specialise within the Drink/ Food/ Hospitality industry and work with Food, Drink, Restaurants & Hospitality client all around the UK (including London), as well as Central & Southern Europe.
Networking, building long lasting relationships with both candidates and client, being a trusted advisor with key clients, developing my own business, and selling our service. I currently manage clients and candidates and I'm responsible for 100% of the sale process- managing my pipeline from prospecting, pitching, using consultative selling techniques, negotiation, and contracts.
