- TH Real Estate is a global fund manager specialising in the Real Estate sector.
- Responsible for asset-level management of a portfolio of shopping centres and retail parks in mainland Europe (France, Italy, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg).
- Co-ordinated a team of geographically scattered professionals, reporting directly to the Board of Directors, Fund Manager and Head of European Retail Asset Management.
- Produced and presented flawless weekly reports at Board level to secure funding for projects and asset management initiatives. This involved co-ordinating and editing information provided by non-native English speakers and in areas of property practice and law with which I was not familiar. Needed to learn fast, assimilate huge swathes of information, and maintain faultless attention to detail.
- Wrote engaging but technically accurate copy for marketing materials, primarily fund brochures.
- Produced internal presentations for CPD and research using PowerPoint.

- Colliers International is a global real estate services company.
- Main role involved writing valuation and investment reports for clients including institutional investors, banks and property investment companies. Produced balanced, engaging documents while maintaining the conciseness and accuracy essential to the task.
- Wrote and edited industry research for use within client reports.
- Produced pithy and effective presentations for client reporting, business development and for internal purposes such as CPD and graduate training.
- Role also included client account management, business development, supervision and training of graduates.
- Qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and RICS Registered Valuer.
- Proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, specialist valuation software (Argus), various databases.

- Pink Fish was a marketing and PR agency specialising in the restaurant industry and lifestyle sector.
- Role included writing compelling press releases, articles for local magazines (e.g. Seven Dials) and creating copy for marketing materials.
- Devising marketing campaigns, brand strategy and menu guidance for restaurants and bars.
- Building relationships with journalists.
