As an Assistant Manager in KFC I ensure staff and managers are hitting metrics and targets to secure our full bonus and allow us to have a speedy impeccable service. I also save the company money by analysing a SWOT analysis. Carried out a report to ensure our waste and missing was kept to a minimum to ensure we where making more profit.
Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management with Newcastle University, securing second degree honours during a global pandemic leading my course to be self taught. In my first year I secured 1st class. 2.1 in year 2 and year 3 I secured a second class overall grade.
