My names are Evangeline Nmesoma Offor, I have a bachelors degree in mass communication which has provided me with a strong foundation in communication, negotiation and relationship building, in addition a masters degree in business management, this has equipped me with a through understanding of the global market, cultural differences and adapting to local business practices. I currently work for the Middlesbrough nhs trust as a hr advisor and my role consist of Handling and resolving employee relations issues, conflicts, and disputes.Conducting investigations into complaints or allegations made by employees. Assisting in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.

Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure that employees are aware of and comply with organizational policies.

After my bachelors degree I worked as a marketing intern for Financial Institution Training Center (FITC) from 2019-2020
